Move for Fun, Get Fit for Life!

Being fit is not a destination; it's a way of life, and St. Luke's FitOne encourages you to take progressive steps in a healthy direction throughout the year. The Expo is free and open to the public! If you're a race participant, you'll not only pick up your race packet and t-shirt at the Expo, you and your friends and family will also find fun, engaging ways to learn about and participate in new recreation and wellness activities. With a focus on fitness, health and nutrition, you'll leave with many ideas for supporting a healthier lifestyle.

This year, the FitOne Expo will take over the JUMP facility in downtown Boise! Vendor booths will be on the 1st, 5th, and 6th floors, with packet pickup on the 5th floor and activities available throughout the building. When you arrive, please enter through the doors facing the corner of Front St. and 9th St.
