Where do I pick up my race packet?
At the St. Luke's FitOne Expo located in the Boise Centre, in downtown Boise. Race packets will also be available for pick up post-event at 300 W. Main St., Ste. 100 in Boise, during normal business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Can I pick up my friend’s race packet?
The St. Luke's FitOne Expo is full of exciting vendors and relevant information. The Expo also has free health checks for registered participants who attend the Expo. If your friend absolutely cannot make it, please bring their registration confirmation to the registration room for pick-up.
What are the dates and times of the St. Luke's FitOne Healthy Living Expo?
Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 12pm - 8pm
Friday, September 22, 2017 from 10am - 8pm
Where is the Expo?
Boise Centre – 850 Front Street in downtown Boise, Idaho.
Do I need to bring my registration confirmation?
It is not required to bring your registration confirmation, but we encourage you do to so to have the record on hand in case of any question. You will need to bring your BIB # to pick up your race packet.
What does it cost to get into the St. Luke's FitOne Expo?
The Expo is free and open to the public.
What time should I be at the start line?
Where should I park?
There are over 18,000 identified parking spaces in the downtown Boise core. Please do not park in areas that are restricted or have "No Parking Signs.” Parking in public garages is FREE for the first hour. Metered street parking is FREE on weekends.
Is there a free shuttle available?
FREE Race Day Shuttles powered by Peterson Auto Group
Shuttles will be offered from the Dillards parking lot at the Boise Towne Square and will begin running at 5:30 a.m. on race day. Please be mindful to park your vehicles near the outer perimeter of the parking lot to not disrupt business for all mall retailers. Friends and family members joining to cheer you on are welcome to ride the shuttles. ALL shuttle buses are able to accomodate strollers.
St. Luke's FitOne will not be offering a Nampa/Canyon County shuttle this year.
Do I need to register my child?
Yes, all persons on St. Luke's FitOne courses no matter their age must be registered. Even though children ages 12 and under are free, all children must be registered to receive a race tee, receive a race number and be on St. Luke's FitOne courses. ALL UNDERAGE PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER.
Please wear your race number on the front, outermost layer of clothing. If your child is in a stroller, please affix the race number to the stroller. The St. Luke's FitOne race number is your proof of purchase; those not wearing one will be asked to exit the course immediately.
Can I still volunteer?

I cannot make it to the race, can I get a refund?
St. Luke's FitOne does not issue refunds, please plan to pick up your race packet (performance tee and race number) after September 24, 2017 at 300 W. Main St., Ste. 100 in Boise, during normal business hours between 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
