Which wave is right for me?

5K Red: COMPETITIVE RUN
Participants should be able to complete the 5K (3.1 mile) course in less than 35 minutes. Age group awards are given. Minimum age is 6 years old.

5K Green: COMPETITIVE STROLLERS
Participants must use proper running strollers/joggers. Those coming to compete with umbrella and other everyday strollers will be pulled from the start to ensure safety for little ones. Remember, ALL participants on the FitOne courses must be registered and wearing a race number – this includes children in strollers. FitOne awards the top 3 overall in this division.

5K Fit & Fun Blue: NON-COMPETITIVE WAVE
The BLUE WAVE is OPEN to non-competitive runners and walkers. No wheels, baby joggers or strollers. The Blue Wave lines up west of Capitol Blvd (near KeyBank parking garage).

5K Fit & Fun Purple: NON-COMPETITIVE WAVE
The PURPLE WAVE is OPEN to non-competitive runners and walkers. No wheels, baby joggers or strollers. The Purple Wave lines up east of Captiol Blvd.

5K Orange: FAMILY WAVE 
NON-COMPETITIVE STROLLERS, BABY JOGGERS, WHEELCHAIRS, and ASSISTED WHEELCHAIRS: this is YOUR wave. The family wave is organized to accept all abilities and all genders.

10K
The FitOne 10K has a corraled start based on participant's estimated pace per mile.  The 10K has one start signal and is open to both runners and walkers.  Strollers are allowed, but those electing to run with strollers or joggers will be asked to move to the back of the corrals.  The 10K is co-ed and open to ages 10 and up.

Half Marathon
The FitOne Half Marathon has a corraled start based on participant's estimated pace per mile.  The half marathon has one start signal and is open to both runners and walkers.  NOTE: FitOne courses will re-open to traffic at 11:00 a.m. (18+ minute pace per mile).  Those still on the course at that time will be asked to move to sidewalks and will no longer have police, event staff and volunteer support.  Participants accept all safety risks for continuing on their own past the 11:30 a.m. cut-off time. Strollers are allowed, but those electing to run with strollers or joggers will be asked to move to the back of the corrals.  The half marathon is co-ed and open to ages 13 and up.
