Albertsons Wellness Corporate Dietitian and author of 25 books, Elaine Magee, presents the 5 steps to healthy aging while demonstrating two super easy, tasty and yummy recipes; Turkey Pesto Provolone Wraps and Strawberry Smoothies (that taste like a shake).

SHiNE™ is a dance fitness class rooted in traditional dance such as jazz, hip hop, and ballet.  Learn these foundational moves to create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners, yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer.  The simplicity of the routines allows you to keep moving and do less thinking!

Flamenco Dancing has many styles dedicated to Fiestas!  Boise Parks and Recreation instructor Estefania Sanchez will introduce us to the world where Senoritas move as eloquently and naturally as a ballerina while dancing amongst friends.

FENCING AS AN ART AND EXERCISE - SILVINO LYRA FROM BOISE PARKS AND REC

Fencing is a game not only for the body but for the mind! A sport for all ages, and all sizes, you will be introduced to some of the basic moves: footwork, basic attacks, parries (“blocks”), and how to apply these ideas to free fencing bouts. Simple movement with so much impact!
