- Due to some knee issues, high impact activities were out – so he logged MANY hour and MANY miles on his elliptical machine
- He kept to a 1,800 calorie meal plan, focusing on low carbs and lean protein with lots of fruits and veggies! He occasionly had a ‘cheat meal’, but limited his intake of sweets and fast foods.
