Erica Jones - Lost 75.6 pounds and 34.39% of her total body weight
- She received a fit-bit for Christmas last year – but didn’t put it on until January 10th, when she committed to live a healthier lifestyle!
- She started with a goal of 10,000 steps every day, and made sure she climbed the 15 stairs in her house 10 times a day. She now can do 15 flights of stairs without a problem!
- Her motto for food was: “Only eat things that have a mother or grew from the ground”
- She wants her and her husband to live a very long life together, and her better health will help ensure that they do!
